Program Description
Risk Prevention Online (operated by National Online Training) provides a two-way SMS customer support channel for students enrolled in our online education courses. Students initiate contact when they need help with course access, login issues, certificate downloads, payment questions, technical troubleshooting, or general support regarding their workplace safety and education classes, including DOT safety programs, drug and alcohol education, anger management, substance abuse, and driver safety courses. This is a conversational support channel — we only respond to inquiries initiated by the student and do not send unsolicited or marketing messages.
Consent and Opt-In
By texting our SMS support number (830-372-4555), you consent to receive reply messages from Risk Prevention Online in response to your support inquiries. Our SMS support number is displayed on our Contact Us page with the following consent language: “SMS Support: 830-372-4555 – Text us for help. By texting this number, you consent to receive replies to your support inquiries. Message and data rates may apply.”
When you send your first text message, you will receive a double opt-in confirmation: “You’re now connected with our support team. We’ll reply to your inquiry shortly. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.”
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Because this is a reply-only support channel, the number of messages you receive depends entirely on the support conversations you initiate. We only send messages in direct response to your inquiries. We do not send scheduled, recurring, or unsolicited messages.
